THE YEAR 2023-24-REGARDING AND CONTINUANCE OF EXISTING AAYAS.

ADVERTISEMENT NOTIFICATION
Applications are invited from eligible female candidates only for
engagement/hiring of Helpers/AAYAS under ECCE for the year
2023-24.The age of a candidate must be between (18-37) years
as on 1st Jan 2023 of the deployment year. The selection of helper/
AAYAS shall be restricted to village/ward in respect of rural/urban
area. The deployment of helper/AAYA shall be purely terminus and
shall start from the date they are engaged/hired and shall conclude
with the end of the academic session. It may be extendable, sub-
ject to the performance and the approval of funds from the Min-
istry of Education, Govt. of India, in the particular component. The
minimum qualification of a Helper/AAYA shall be having passed
8th Examination.
1. Documents to be attached:-
The applicantsshall be domicile of the particular village in case of
Rural Areas and Municipal Wards in Urban Areas.
a) Fresh Domicile Certificate b) BPL Category Certificate c) Fitness
Certificate
2. Academic Qualification:-
a) The minimum qualification of a Helper/AAYA shall be having
passed 8th Examination.

4. Preference shall be given to BPL Category in below mentioned
order of priority:-
I. Widow of the jurisdictional belonging to BPL Category.
II. Divorced of the jurisdictional belonging to BPL Category.
III. Orphan of the jurisdictional belonging to BPL Category.
IV. Female belonging to BPL Category and older in age that the
rest of BPL candidates.
5. Honorarium:
Honorarium of Rupees Five Thousand (Rs 5000) per month will be
paid to the engaged/hired AAYA/HELPER under ECCE for the year
2023-24 which may vary as per the approval in the subsequent
year in PAB of SamagraShiksha.
The application duly completed in all respects along with support-
ing documents shall reach in the office of the undersigned up to
15 July,2023 and no incomplete application will be entertained
after the expiry of the last date. In case if last day falls on a holiday,
the next working date will be the last date for entertaining the
application form.
The desirous female candidates can get the application format
from this office during the working days between 10 am to 4pm.
