Advertisment Notice

 

Consequent upon the approval granted by Chief Education Officer Budgam vide Order No:CEOB/SS/24/9912Dt:02/07/2024 for engagement of AAYA/HELPER in the approved schools at annexure”A”applications are hereby invited from the desirous

 

female candidates for the engagement of AAYA/Helper in the enlisted schools as per the prescribed format along with the

 

following documents.

 

1 Domicile Certificate.

 

2 Age proof (DOB 10th/8t) pass certificate.

 

3 Qualification Certificate.

 

4 Photostat of BPL ration card (E-Ticket of CAPD)

 

5

 

Un married certificate from concerned Numberdar/any Gazted Officer

 

6 Non Remarriage certificate in case of widow/ divorced from concerned Numberdar/any Gazeted officer

 

7 Death Certificate of Father/Husband (if applicable).

 

8 Divorce papers (if any) from competent authority.

 

9 Physical Fitness Certificate from Chairman District Medical Board Budgam(CMO) The application complete in all respects shall reach the office of undersigned within 10 days from the date of publication of

 

this notification during office working hours. No application will be accepted/entertained after the expiry date.

 

1 The deployment of AAYA/Helper shall be purely terminus and shall start from the date they are engaged/hired and shall conclude up to 31-03-2025. It may be extendable subject the performance and approval from competent authority

 

2 Only Female candidates having minimum qualification 8th pass belongs to BPL Category are eligible to apply Preference shall be given to candidates from BPL category in the below mentioned order of priority. 1.Widow 2. Divorced 3. Orphan 4. In case of tie the preference will be given to the candidate elder in age as per(guideline)

Terms and Conditions

 

The applicant must be domicile/permanent resident of the village where the enlisted school is. situated

 

The honorarium per month is RS: 5000/ which may be vary as per approval in the subsequent year PAB of 7.

9. If any guideline from the higher authorities regarding withdrawal of advertisement the concerned DDO canwithdraw

 

10. An affidavit duly attested by 1ST class Magistrate shall be taken from the selected candidate at the time of joining to
