Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location / Territory: North Kashmir (Baramulla / Sopore)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 Per Month

Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment and management of distributors in assigned territory.
• Expand retail network and increase market coverage.
• Achieve primary and secondary sales/billing targets.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across markets.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Plan and execute sales and promotional activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
• Report sales performance and market insights regularly.

• बाजार सर्वेक्षण और प्रतिस्पर्धी विश्लेषण करना।
• बिक्री और प्रचार गतिविधियों की योजना बनाना और उन्हें निष्पादित करना।
• टीम के प्रदर्शन की निगरानी करना और मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना।
• नियमित रूप से बिक्री प्रदर्शन और बाजार अंतर्दृष्टि की रिपोर्ट करना।

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Distribution.
• Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Beauty or FMCG sectors preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Distributor handling and retail expansion expertise.
• Self-driven, result-oriented and target-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage territory operations.
