POST
ELIGIBILITY
Principal
Master’s Degree in Law, Ph.D with at least ten years teaching experience at University Department or a recognized College.
LECTURERS
(1) Consistently good academic record with at least 55% marks at the Master’s Degree.
a) Law
(ii) NET/SLET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment and appointment as Lecturer.
b) Political Science
However, the candidates with M.Phil/Ph.D degree who are exempted from NET/SLET as per Jammu University Statutes may also apply.
c) English
d) Sociology
1. The pay scale will be as admissible under rules.
2. Retired teachers below 65 years of age may also apply.
