INDICATIVE ADVERTISEMENT NO. 08/2025
Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) are invited for Direct Recruitment by selection through website https://upsconline.gov.in/ora/ to the following posts from 28th June, 2025 to 17th July, 2025.
1. (Vacancy No. 25060801228) One vacancy for the post of Regional Director in National Centre for Organic and Natural Farming, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. (UR-01) (PwBD-01).
The vacancy is exclusively reserved for candidates belonging to category of Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) viz. Blindness and Low Vision with disability i.e. Low Vision (LV), Deaf and Hard of Hearing with disability i.e. Deaf (D) or Hard of Hearing (HH), Locomotor Disability including Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims, Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Deformity and Spinal Injury without any associated neurological/limb dysfunction
with disability i.e. One leg affected (R or L) (OL) or One arm affected (R or L) (OA) or One leg and One arm affected (OLA) or Leprosy Cured (LC) or Dwarfism (DW) or Acid Attack Victims (AAV) or Spinal Deformity without any associated neurological/limb dysfunction (SD) or Spinal Injury without any associated neurological/limb dysfunction (SI), Multiple Disabilities (MD) i.e. at least two disabilities from the categories of the disabilities indicated above. PAY SCALE: Level-12 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. AGE: 50 years for UR and 56 years for PwBDs.
2. (Vacancy No. 25060802228) Two vacancies for the post of Scientific Officer in National Archives of India, Ministry of Culture. (UR-02). PAY SCALE: Level-08 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. AGE: 30 years for UR.
3. (Vacancy No. 25060803428) Eight vacancies for the post of Administrative Officer Grade-I, Naval Headquarters, Directorate of Civilian Personnel, Ministry of Defence. (UR-04, EWS-01, OBC-02, SC-01). PAY SCALE: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. AGE: 35 years for UR/EWSs, 38 years for OBCs and 40 years for SCs.
4. (Vacancy No. 25060804228) Nine vacancies for the post of Junior Scientific Officer, Naval Headquarters, Directorate of Civilian Personnel, Ministry of Defence. (UR-05, EWS-01, OBC-02, SC-01) (PwBD-01). Of the nine vacancies, one vacancy is reserved for candidates belonging to category of Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD)
viz. Locomotor Disability including Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy Cured, Dwarfism, Acid Attack Victims, Muscular Dystrophy, Spinal Deformity and Spinal Injury without any associated neurological/limb dysfunction with disability
i.e. One leg affected (R or L) (OL) or Cerebral Palsy (CP) or Leprosy Cured (LC) or Dwarfism (DW) or Acid Attack Victims (AAV) or Spinal Deformity without any associated neurological/limb dysfunction (SD) or Spinal Injury without any associated neurological/limb dysfunction (SI). PAY SCALE: Level-08 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. AGE: 30 years for UR/EWSs, 33 years for OBCS, 35 years for SCs and 40 years for PwBDs.
5. (Vacancy No. 25060805428) Nineteen vacancies for the post of Manager Grade-1/Section Officer in Canteen Stores Department, Ministry of Defence. (UR-07, EWS-03, OBC-04, SC-03, ST-02). PAY SCALE: Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. AGE: 35 years for UR/EWSs, 38 years for OBCs and 40 years for SCs.
6. (Vacancy No. 25060806628) Four vacancies for the post of Senior Design Officer Grade-I (Construction), Naval Headquarters, Directorate of Civilian Personnel, Ministry of Defence. (UR-04) (PwBD-01).
Of the four vacancies, one vacancy is reserved for candidates belonging to category of Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) viz. Deaf and Hard of Hearing with disability i.e. Deaf (D) or Hard of Hearing (HH). PAY SCALE: Level-11 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC. AGE: 40 years for UR and 50 years for PwBDs.

(Reference No. F.1/45(15)/2025-R.II) It is notified for information to all concerned that the Pay Scale indicated as Level-07 may be read as Level-08 for recruitment to three vacancies for the post of Assistant Director (Corporate Law) in Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), Ministry of Corporate Affairs
(vide Commission’s Indicative/Detailed Advertisement No. 07, Item No.02, vacancy No. 25060702214 published in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar and website of the Commission on 14.06.2025). All other conditions remain unchanged.
