EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
1. ECHS invites applications to engage following Medical, Para Medical & Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinic, Srinagar for a period upto 31 March 2026/ one year (on receipt of vacancy for FY 2026-27) renewable for additional period of one year/till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/other conditions according to the criteria as mentioned against each post
Appointment
(i) Graduate Minimum 05 years work Exp. in Health Care Institutions or Managerial position.
Minimum Qualification
OIC Polyclinic (
Additional managerial qualifications. Experience of more than 10 yrs. Computer qualifications
(iv) 100% reservation for ESM
BDS
Dental Officer (il)
05 years experience. 60% reservation for ESM and 40% for civ.
Dental Asst/Tech/Hygienist (ii
(i) Should have passed 10+2 with science or equivalent from recog board or institute. (ii) Should have two years diploma in Dental Hygienist/ Dental Mech Course regd Class-1 DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces) with Central/State Govt of Dental Council of India
) Minimum three years experience as DT/five years experience as DH/DA
(iv) 70% reservation for ESM & 30% reservation for Civ.
(i) B.Sc. (Med Lab Tech) or Matric/ Higher Sec/ Sen. Sec (10+12) with science from
recognised institute or Board. Diploma in Med Lab Tech from recognised institute.
Lab Technician (ii)

Interview Date, Timing & Venue: Interview Date, Timing & Venue will be intimated personally via e-mail/ SMS on mobile Nos. Candidates must bring all the original certificate/mark sheets/degree of 10/ Matric, 10-2 and Graduation/ Post Graduation/ Diploma Course and Work experience and Discharge Book, PPC, Service records and 02 (two) passport size colour photographs at the time of interview. 5. Handing/Taking Pd: Selected individuals will have to carry out 10 days On Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from DIC polyclinic before signing the contract.
In case of OIC Polyclinic, the certificate would be rendered by OIC ECHS Cell at Stn HQs. The duration of OJT will remain unpaid and counted as mandatory before assuming charge as contractual employee.
