Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and empathetic manner.
Manage appointment calendar, schedule appointments, and send reminders to patients.
Collect necessary information from new patients during the intake process.
Qualities Desired
Conduct follow-up calls to check on patient progress and ensure their satisfaction with the services.
