Applications are invited from motivated, innovative, and eligible candidates for the position of Research Assistant (01) to work on the project titled “Production of Biofuel from Fruit and Vegetable Waste of J&K,” funded by JKST&IC, DST. The selected person would work on the Project initially for one year, which could be further extendable up to two years depending upon their performance, conduct, and project status.

1. Β.Ε. /B. Tech. in Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant degree; with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%.
Essential Qualification
2. М. Е. / M. Tech in related field and who have done Major project related to Biofuel/Biodiesel/Biomass conversion in to Fuel; with
minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%.
Desirable
Prior knowledge of Biofuel production. Candidate with relevant degree with the background of having done project or internship in the relevant area of specialization may be preferred.
Emoluments
Rs. 15.000/- Per month
