Reference (3):Issuance of Advertisement Notice for the post of Abhedananda Home, Solina, Srinagar vide No. DSWK/Sch/934/2024/2436 dated 05-11-2024.

Reference (4): Approval issued on 20-12-2024 by Director Social Welfare, Kashmir/Member Secretary, Academic Committee, Reconstituted Board of Trustees Abhedananda Home Solina Srinagar.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for below mentioned posts purely on contractual basis initially for a period of one year, on consolidated honorarium as per eligibility criteria laid down under Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme sub- ject to satisfactory performance and continuation of scheme for Abhedananda Home(Special School for Children with Hearing. speech and Visual disability)

The candidate must be a resident of Jammu & Kashmir and must possess Domicile certificate issued by the competent author-

ity on or before the last date of submission of application form.

The posts purely on Contractual basis are advertised for hiring of staff for Abhedananda Home (Special School for children with Hearing, Speech and Visual disability).

Educational/Basic Qualification

B.Ed in Special EDUCATION WITH 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE OR Diploma in Special Education with three years experience, or BRS with one year experience.

B.Ed in Special Education or Diploma in Special education with one year experience or BRS graduates.

B.Ed in special education or Diploma in special Education with 01 year experience.

Age Eligibility:

Candidate should have minimum 18 years age and a maximum 40 years age as on 01-01-2024.

Criteria for Selection for the posts:

Academic ment of required educational qualification, (on Pro-rata basis)-80 points.

Interview-20 points.

Any misrepresentation of facts on the application form disturbing the short listing may invite legal action/ disqualification.

Terms and conditions:-

1) Applicant must be resident of Jammu and Kashmir.

2) The engagement being a temporary/contractual arrangement is terminable if performance is not satisfactory as assessed by Directorate Divisional Level Committee/Trust..

3) There shall be no right to seek permanent absorption in any department or regularization of any sort(Agreement

for the same sworn before judicial Magistrate 1st class needed to be executed upon selection before joining).

4) Candidates must possess the required eligibility /qualification by or before the last dale for submission of the application form

5) Scrutinizing/Screening of application forms regarding eligibility shall be done through Divisional Level Selection

committee headed by Director, Social Welfare Kashmir.

6) Any claim regarding qualification made after the closing date of receiving application forms shall not be enter- tained. The last date of receipt of application forms shall be the cut-off date for determining the eligibility.

7) Candidate must have good moral character.

8) Candidates have to apply separately for each post.

9) No. of posts can be increased/ decreased any time and the Department has the right to reject any application on relevant grounds.

10) The Department at any time reserves the right to cancel/ put in abeyance the advertisement notice without assigning any reason thereof.

11) The Honorarium shall be paid as per the description given in the Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme and

instructions/ directions from the higher authorities.

12) The selection list to be issued shall be provisional and subject to the verification report regarding authenticity of documents from the issuing bodies/ organizations. Any adverse report received regarding the documents produced based on which selection is obtained shall invite legal/penal action under relevant rules/ laws and selection so obtained shall be cancelled ab initio.

Forms complete in all respect along with self attested copies of qualification/ experience must reach in the office of the District Social Welfare Officer, Srinagar Block C, Old Secretariat-Jehangir Chowk Srinagar) by or before 25-01-
