01.) APPOINTMENT OF THE CANDIDATES:

The Appointment and other service conditions in respect of the candidates selected through this selection process shall be gowned as per extant rules/regulations

QUALIFIERIÓN REQUIRED:

As per the Indent soceived from the indenting Departments) and the relevant Recruitment Rules, the qualification prescribed for the advertised pests is shown in

Annexure-A to this Notification

The candidates who are declared qualified by the Board for Document Verification will be requined to produce relevant Certificates in original as proof of having acquired the prescribed educational qualification on or before the cut-off date fixed for filing online application forms, falling which the candidature of such candidates

shall be cancelled by the Board. Candidates may note that their candidature/admission in esamination will remain provisional till the genuineness of their documents relating to educational

qualification in verified by the Appointing Authority

d) in case of candidates claiming possession of equivalent educational qualification (where it is applicable/required), it shall be mandatory to produce relevant Equiv alence Certificate of seek equivalence from the concarmed competent authorities as and when required by the Band. However, final decision regarding selection of sach candidates will be taken by the Board, in light of relevant rules which shall be binding.

Any candidate having bis/her qualification other than as prescribed, shall not be digible for ports advertised is this notification and such candidature will be

06.) APPLICATION OF RESERVATION:

al The Reservation for the posts under this Advertisement fictification shall be applicable as per the category-sése break up of vacancies as conveyed by the Indenting Department and in accordance with the provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir Reservation Act/Rules, as an ended from time to time.

A candidate seeking consideration under Reserved Categories must ensare that they possess a valid/Category Certificate strictly as on the Cut Off Date and the same mquired to be uploaded while submitting online application

Candidates may note that their candidature will nesain provisional til the genuineness and validity of the Reserved Category Certificate is verified by the Appoint-ing Authority.

d) Candidates are castioned to note that in case a claim for reservation is made on the basis of falsa/fake/fraudulent/furged cortificate, they shall be debaned from the examination conducted by the boant, besides penal action as may be deemed appropriate should be initiated against them. 67.) al Horizontal Reservation means the reservation which would out acress the wrtical reservation and the persons selected shall have to be placed in the appropriate category by making necessary adjustments

bj Horizontal Reservation for Ex-Servicesen (ESM) candidates and Persons with Banchimark Disabilities (PwilDs) shall be applicable to the extent as communicated

by the indenting Department in accordance with the extant rules/regulations

The suitability/type of Disabilities/eligibility of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities for these posts under Horizontal Resenation shall be govemed by the extant

wguladons.

d) Horizontal Reservation for Ex-Servicemen candidates is applicable as per extant nies, for the posts which carry Pay of and up to the Lavel-6E (35900-113500 In terms of 5.0. 361 of 2021 dated 20.10.2021, an Ex-Servicemen on joining any post after having avalled Horizontal Reservation, cannot avall the benefit of Horizontal Reservation as Ex-Servicemen for any subsequent Employment. A candidate seeling to apply under ESM category shall be requined to submit an affidavit daly swarn before 1 Class Judicial Magistrate in this regard at the time of scrutiny of the documents.

1) ESM confidates shall be required to produce a Certificate in form-XIV duly signed by the competent authority as provided in the Rule 18 of Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Rules, 2005.
