ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Frontier Research institute for interdisciplinary Sciences (FRIIS), a newly established interdisciplinary Research center at IUST Awantipora invites candidates for a walk- in recruitment for the post of Project Associate 1 to work on the project “Natural Killer T (NKT) cells in Gastrointestinal Cancers.

Project Associate 1

Rs. 25,000 + HRA as admissible under university rules

Essential qualification: B.E or B.Tech. Computer Sciences or MSc Bioinformatics with 60% marks or equivalent.

Desirable: Candidates having expertise in NGS data analysis/Multiplex image analysis will be preferred.

All eligibility criteria’s as laid down by ANRF will be followed.

Initially for a period of one (01) year extendable based on performance and subject to the availability of funds.

Interested candidates should report for the recruitment process on 4th April, 2025 at 10.00 am with a copy of the application form, CV and relevant original certificates stating educational qualifications/experience along with a photocopy of these documents.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

I. The above position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and the candidates shall not claim for regular appointments in the university.

11. The University reserves the right to terminate the contract of non-performing candidates at any time without prior notice.

Eligible candidates must bring all the testimonials/certificates (in original and one attested copy) at the time of interview.

IV. No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates appearing for the interview.

V. The University reserves the right to defer or not to fill up the post advertised here in above, without assigning any reason. thereof.

VI. In case candidate wants to withdraw, he/she must serve one-month notice period (or one-month salary).
