Advertisement Notice.

Applications are invited for the appointment of following posts on contractual basis in Jammu and Kashmir Competitiveness Improvement in Agriculture & Allied Sectors (JKCIP) to be stationed at Directorate of Agriculture Jammu for implementation of the programme in Jammu Division

The engagement shall be purely on Contractual basis under individual consultant selection (ICS) method, initially for a period of one year with the provision for extension up to the project period in further spells of one year each depending upon the performance of the candidate.

Minimum Qualification

Graduate Degree in Commerce/Business/Finance /Management

Finance Officer

Post Graduate Degree in Commerce & Accounting/Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Accounting

Planning. M&E & MIS Officer

Post Graduate/Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics/Statistics/Economics.

Gender & Youth officer

Post Graduate Degree in Social/Gender

Experience

-Post Qualification Minimum 5 years of demonstrated managerial experience in procurement in the organization with complete understanding and experience on National Procurement Procedure

-Preferable experience of one year in handling project procurement in an externally aided project

3 to 5 years experience in Financial Accounting of projects/Company for candidates with Post Graduation in Commerce & Accounting & 5-7 years experience for candidates with Graduation in commerce & Accounting

Computer literacy & proficiency in Tally or other Accounting Software’s and use of spread sheets

Good knowledge of Accounting

Working Knowledge of Audit requirements for financial compliance

About 3-5 years of experience in Rural Development undertaking Research/Studies related to impact Assessment,

Evaluating Project Performance & Establishing systems for preparation of AWPB & Monitoring results. -5-7 years experience for the Bachelors Degree holders.

3-5 years of relevant experience in implementing Gender & Youth related interventions.

Experience in community mobilization process, empowerment tools & working knowledge of UT-level policies

Good understanding & experience of working on gender, youth, rural poverty reduction & inclusion of marginalized groups.

Remuneration Upto INR 0.80 lacs/Month
