Selection Process: Selection shall be made purely on merit, computed on a 100‑point scale on pro‑rata basis: Basic qualification – 80 points; Higher relevant qualification – 05 points; Professional/technical certification (GATE/NET/SET) – 05 points; Relevant full‑time teaching/training experience – 05 points (01 point per completed academic year); Structured interaction/demonstration – 05 points.

चयन प्रक्रिया: चयन पूर्णतः मेरिट पर आधारित होगा, जिसकी गणना 100‑अंकीय पैमाने पर आनुपातिक आधार पर की जाएगी: मूल योग्यता – 80 अंक; उच्च प्रासंगिक योग्यता – 05 अंक; व्यावसायिक/तकनीकी प्रमाणपत्र (GATE/NET/SET) – 05 अंक; प्रासंगिक पूर्णकालिक शिक्षण/प्रशिक्षण अनुभव – 05 अंक (प्रत्येक पूर्ण शैक्षणिक वर्ष के लिए 01 अंक); संरचित अंतःक्रिया/प्रदर्शन – 05 अंक।

Remuneration: ₹750 per lecture, subject to a ceiling of ₹20,000 per month, as per Directorate Order No. 89‑JK(DSD) of 2021.

The Principal reserves the right to reject incomplete applications, cancel/postpone the selection process, or alter the number of posts without assigning any reason.
