Introduction & Overview
Applications through online mode are hereby invited from eligible candidates who are domiciled in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and possess the prescribed Academic/Professional qualifications and age for engagement against the tenure posts of Senior Residents/Demonstrators in the disciplines enumerated in Table “A”.
جموں و کشمیر کے مرکز کے زیر انتظام علاقے کے رہائشی اور مقررہ تعلیمی اور پیشہ ورانہ قابلیت رکھنے والے اہل امیدواروں سے آن لائن موڈ کے ذریعے سینئر ریذیڈنٹس/ڈیموسٹریٹرز کے عارضی عہدوں کے لیے درخواستیں طلب کی جاتی ہیں.
The applications of in-service candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions shall be entertained only upon completion of all requisite formalities under the applicable rules, including production of a No Objection Certificate (NoC) from the concerned parent Department, in accordance with the provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Services Rules, 1979 and Circular No. 03-HME of 2019 dated 27.05.2019, as applicable.
مقررہ اہلیت کی شرائط کو پورا کرنے والے سروس میں موجود امیدواروں کی درخواستیں صرف اس وقت قبول کی جائیں گی جب وہ قابل اطلاق قواعد کے تحت تمام مطلوبہ ضابطے پورے کر لیں گے، بشمول متعلقہ پیرنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ سے نو آبجیکشن سرٹیفکیٹ (این او سی) کا حصول، جو جموں اینڈ کشمیر سول سروسز رولز 1979 اور سرکولر نمبر 03-ایچ ایم ای آف 2019 مورخہ 27.05.2019 کے مطابق ہو.
The candidates who are not in Government service shall be engaged under S.O. 364 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 (Academic Arrangement basis), read with Government Order No. 383-JK (HME) of 2024 dated 20.06.2024, as amended from time to time.
जो امیدوار سرکاری ملازمت میں نہیں ہیں انہیں S.O. 364 of 2020 مورخہ 27.11.2020 (اکیڈمک ارینجمنٹ کی بنیاد پر)، گورنمنٹ آرڈر نمبر 383-JK (HME) of 2024 مورخہ 20.06.2024 کے ساتھ پڑھتے ہوئے، وقتاً فوقتاً کی گئی ترمیم کے مطابق منسلک کیا جائے گا.
The candidates selected for the aforesaid posts shall be engaged initially for a period of one year, which may be extended on a year-to-year basis for a maximum period of three years, subject to satisfactory/better performance, duly certified by the concerned Head of the Department (HOD) upon completion of each year of engagement, and subject to the terms and conditions prescribed under the applicable rules/orders.
مذکورہ بالا اسامیوں کے لیے منتخب ہونے والے امیدواروں کو ابتدائی طور پر ایک سال کی مدت کے لیے مقرر کیا جائے گا، جسے سالانہ بنیادوں پر زیادہ سے زیادہ تین سال کی مدت تک بڑھایا جا سکتا ہے، بشرطیکہ کارکردگی تسلی بخش/بہتر ہو، جس کی تصدیق متعلقہ ہیڈ آف دی ڈیپارٹمنٹ (HOD) نے ہر سال کی تکمیل پر کی ہو، اور قابل اطلاق قوانین کے تحت مقرر کردہ شرائط و ضوابط کے تابع ہو.

Terms & Conditions
Pursuant to Government Order No. 383-JK (HME) of 2024 Dated. 20-06-2024, the eligibility criteria have been fixed as per Teachers Eligibility Qualifications in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022 issued vide Notification dated. 14-02-2022.
گورنمنٹ آرڈر نمبر 383-JK (HME) of 2024 مورخہ 20-06-2024 کے مطابق، اہلیت کے معیار کو میڈیکل انسٹی ٹیوشنز ریگولیشنز، 2022 میں ٹیچرز ایلیجیبلٹی کوالیفیکیشن کے مطابق مقرر کیا گیا ہے جو کہ نوٹیفیکیشن مورخہ 14-02-2022 کے ذریعے جاری کیا گیا تھا.
The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of the performance in MCQ based Written Test only as prescribed vide Government Order No. 383-JK (HME) of 2024 Dated. 20-06-2024.
امیدواروں کا انتخاب صرف ایم سی کیو پر مبنی تحریری امتحان میں کارکردگی کی بنیاد پر کیا جائے گا جیسا کہ گورنمنٹ آرڈر نمبر 383-JK (HME) of 2024 مورخہ 20-06-2024 کے ذریعے طے کیا گیا ہے.
Incomplete application form(s) in any respect or not having relevant certificates/documents/Affidavit/Fee receipt attached therewith shall not be accepted.
کسی भी لحاظ سے نامکمل درخواست فارم یا متعلقہ سرٹیفکیٹس/دستاویزات/حلف نامہ/فیس کی رسید کے بغیر درخواستیں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی.
Conditions for In-service/ Not In-Service Candidates:
* For in-service candidates: The In-service doctor shall be paid salary as per their LPC.
* سروس میں موجود امیدواروں کے لیے: سروس میں موجود ڈاکٹر کو ان کے LPC کے مطابق تنخواہ دی جائے گی.
* For in-service candidates: Applicants working in Director of Health Services, Kashmir/Jammu are required to submit their application forms along with No Objection Certificate from their parent Department without which their application forms shall not be entertained as envisaged in Circular No. 03-HME of 2019 Dated. 27.05.2019.
* سروس میں موجود امیدواروں کے لیے: ڈائریکٹر ہیلتھ سروسز، کشمیر/جموں میں کام کرنے والے درخواست گزاروں کو اپنے پیرنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ سے نو آبجیکشن سرٹیفکیٹ کے ساتھ اپنے درخواست فارم جمع کرانے کی ضرورت ہے جس کے بغیر ان کے درخواست فارموں پر غور نہیں کیا جائے گا جیسا کہ سرکولر نمبر 03-HME آف 2019 مورخہ 27.05.2019 میں کہا گیا ہے.
* For (not in-service) Academic Arrangement Basis Candidates: Not In-service doctors shall be paid stipend in accordance with S.O. 364 of 2020 Dated. 27-11-2020.
* (غیر سروس) اکیڈمک ارینجمنٹ کی بنیاد پر امیدواروں کے لیے: غیر سروس ڈاکٹروں کو S.O. 364 of 2020 مورخہ 27-11-2020 کے مطابق وظیفہ دیا جائے گا.
As per the guidelines issued vide Government Order No. 383-JK (HME) of 2024 Dated. 20-06-2024, the maximum tenure of Senior Residency/Demonstratorship/ Tutor is three years. Any candidate having already done three years Registrarship/ Senior Residency/Demonstratorship/Tutor shall not be eligible to apply against the notified positions. However, if any candidate has done Senior Registrarship/Senior Residency/Demonstratorship/Tutor upto 30 months, he/she can apply to do the remaining Senior Residency period so as to complete three years term.
گورنمنٹ آرڈر نمبر 383-JK (HME) of 2024 مورخہ 20-06-2024 کے ذریعے جاری کردہ رہنما خطوط کے مطابق، سینئر ریذیڈنسی/ڈیموسٹریٹرشپ/ٹ्यूटर کی زیادہ سے زیادہ مدت تین سال ہے۔ کوئی بھی امیدوار جس نے پہلے ہی تین سال کی رجسٹرار شپ/سینئر ریذیڈنسی/ڈیموسٹریٹرشپ/ٹ्यूटर مکمل کر لی ہے وہ مطلع شدہ عہدوں کے لیے درخواست دینے کا اہل نہیں ہوگا۔ تاہم، اگر کسی امیدوار نے 30 ماہ تک سینئر رجسٹرار شپ/سینئر ریذیڈنسی/ڈیموسٹریٹرشپ/ٹ्यूटर کیا ہے، تو وہ تین سال کی مدت پوری کرنے کے لیے باقی سینئر ریذیڈنسی کی مدت پوری کرنے کی درخواست دے سکتا ہے.
The upper age limit for appointments as a Senior Resident in broad specialties shall be forty-five years: Provided that for the subjects of Anatomy, Biochemistry, the upper age-limit shall be fifty years as on cutoff date of advertisement for both in service and not in service candidates.
بڑے شعبوں میں سینئر ریذیडेंट کے طور پر تقرری کے لیے عمر کی بالائی حد پینتالیس سال ہوگی: بشرطیکہ اناٹومی، بائیو کیमिस्ट्री کے مضامین کے لیے، سروس میں اور غیر سروس دونوں امیدواروں کے لیے اشتہار کی کٹ آف تاریخ کے مطابق عمر کی بالائی حد پچاس سال ہوگی.
Required Documents
The candidates shall have to submit their application forms accompanied with the self-attested copies of the following documents:

* MBBS marks sheet of all phases and qualification certificate. / ایم بی بی ایس کے تمام مراحل کی مارکس شیٹ اور کوالیفیکیشن سرٹیفکیٹ.
* MD/MS/DNB/MCh./DM qualification/degree certificate of the respective specialty in respect of medical candidates. / میڈیکل امیدواروں کے سلسلے میں متعلقہ اسپیشلٹی کا ایم ڈی/ایم ایس/ڈی این بی/ایم سی ایچ/ڈی ایم کوالیفیکیشن/ڈگری سرٹیفکیٹ.
* M.Sc Medical Biochemistry qualification/degree certificate in the case of non-medical candidates. / غیر میڈیکل امیدواروں کے معاملے میں ایم ایس سی میڈیکل بائیو کیमिस्ट्री کوالیفیکیشن/ڈگری سرٹیفکیٹ.
* Ph.D Medical Biochemistry qualification/degree/Marks certificate in the case of non-medical candidates. / غیر میڈیکل امیدواروں کے معاملے میں پی ایچ ڈی میڈیکل بائیو کیमिस्ट्री کوالیفیکیشن/ڈگری/مارکس سرٹیفکیٹ.
* Internship certificate. / انٹرنشپ سرٹیفکیٹ.
* Date of Birth Certificate. / تاریخ پیدائش کا سرٹیفکیٹ.
* NMC/Jammu and Kashmir Medical Council Registration Certificate. / این ایم سی/جموں اینڈ کشمیر میڈیکل کونسل رجسٹریشن سرٹیفکیٹ.
* Domicile Certificate. / ڈومیسائل سرٹیفکیٹ.
* No Objection Certificate (for In-Service candidates only). / نو آبجیکشن سرٹیفکیٹ (صرف سروس میں موجود امیدواروں کے لیے).
* Experience certificate (only for those candidates who have already done Registrarship/Senior Residency/Demonstratorship/Tutor). / تجربہ سرٹیفکیٹ (صرف ان امیدواروں کے لیے جنہوں نے پہلے ہی رجسٹرار شپ/سینئر ریذیڈنسی/ڈیموسٹریٹرشپ/ٹ्यूटर کیا ہوا ہے).
* Affidavit(s). / حلف نامہ.

Candidates are required to sign up before filling in the application form.

After logging into the account, candidates are required to fill in all the requisite fields of One Time Registration (OTR) i.e. personal information, contact information & educational Qualifications, service details and uploading documents etc.

Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of original certificates/ affidavit(s). Photocopies of certificate/affidavit(s) uploaded shall not be entertained. Size of Certificate/affidavit must be less than or equal to 1024KB in PDF format only.

The candidate shall also be required to upload images of recent photograph, signature and thumb impression. Size of photograph (passport size) and signature/Thumb must be less than or equal to 700KB in *.jpeg or *.jpg only.
امیدوار کو حالیہ تصویر، دستخط اور انگوठे کے نشان کی تصاویر بھی اپ لوڈ کرنی ہوں گی۔ تصویر (پاسپورٹ سائز) اور دستخط/انگوٹھے کا سائز صرف *.jpeg یا *.jpg میں 700KB سے کم یا اس کے برابر ہونا چاہیے.
Application fee: After successful payment through online mode viz Net Banking, UPI, Credit or Debit cards, a nonrefundable amount of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only, the fee status with transaction details will be reflected on the Online Application form.
درخواست فیس: آن لائن موڈ یعنی نیٹ بینکنگ، یو پی آئی، کریڈٹ یا ڈیبٹ کارڈز کے ذریعے کامیاب ادائیگی کے بعد، 1,000/- روپے (صرف ایک ہزار روپے) کی ناقابل واپسی رقم، ٹرانزیکشن کی تفصیلات کے ساتھ فیس کی حیثیت آن لائن درخواست فارم پر ظاہر ہوگی.
Refund of excess payment: All disputes related to refund of excess payment, if any, can be resolved after following the due process at Government Medical College, Srinagar. Candidates are advised to apply for refund of excess payment, if any, through official email principalgmcsgr[at]gmail[dot]com only. No Chargeback request shall be entertained.

After the application form is successfully submitted, it will be accepted provisionally, candidate should take the colored printout of the application form(s) and submit hard copy(s) of the same along with xerox copies of all uploaded certificates in the Office of Registrar Academics, Government Medical College, Srinagar as and when asked to submit.
