Online application are invited on prescribed format from Dental Surgeons belonging to Union Territory of J&K who have completed their BDS from the institution recognized by Dental Council of India, having upto date registration with J&K, Dental Council for engagement as full time House Surgeon in the following department of Indira Gandhi Govt. Dental College/Hospital, Jammu for period of one year on a consolidated stipend as per norms for the session 2023-24:-

The applicants are directed to visit the official website of this institution http://jobs.iggdcj.edu.in for completion/submission of their applications forms. The detailed instructions for filling up of online form and mode of payment is given in the link provided above. The link will be available from 09.10.2023 to 24.10.2023 upto 04:30 PM. The applications are also advised to upload the

fee receipt after depositing the online fee Rs. 500/-

The following self-attested documents/testimonials should be uploaded with the application form:-

1. Date of birth certificate.

2. BDS Degree from recognized College & recognized University. 3. Marks card of all years of BDS (1st, 2nd, 3rd and final year)

4. Internship compilation certificate.

5. Attempt certificate issued by the Head of Institution/University.

6. Certificate of registration with UT of J&K Dental Council along with upto date renewal. 7. Merit certificate, if any.

8. Certificate of prizes, medals, honours, national scholarship, award etc., if any. 9. Certificate of extra-curricular activities/sport, if any issued by the competent authority.

11. Character certificate from any gazetted officer

12. Undertaking in shape of affidavit duly attested by the First Class Judicial Magistrate as per

Para 8 of the terms and conditions.

Incomplete application form in any manner shall be rejected without any further notice. No “Under Process” certificate will be entertained in any case.

Admit card for the written test shall be uploaded w.e.f. 27-10-2023 and the candidate are

advised to bring admit card duly self attested photograph pasted at the appropriate place The eligible candidates shall have to appear in the written test at their own expenses on 31.10.2023 at 12:00 Noon sharp at Administrative block, Indira Gandhi Govt. Dental College,

Jammu. The candidates shall report at 10:00 am on 31-10-2023 for verification of Documents

with originals as per notification. The allotment of department shall be purely on merit basis. The merit list will be prepared on

basis of Academic and written test marks obtained by the candidate. The candidates will be called for counselling on 06.11.2023 as per merit list and they have to
