About the Job:
Apple Valley Books is looking for a Store Manager to handle day-to-day operations of our stationery and book shop. The ideal candidate should be responsible, organized, and experienced in retail management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise train and motivate staff to achieve sales target and excellent customer service.
* Create attractive store displays and promote products effectively.
* Implement sales strategies promotions and loyalty programs to drive sales growth.
* Provide excellent customer service responding to queries and resolving issues.
* Coordinate with suppliers and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
* Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a stationery or similar industry.
* Ability to motivate and manage a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Time Management Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Problem-Solving Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
Additional Requirements:
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Strong organizational and analytical skill.
