for Kashmiri Language
Development of Accent Based Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)

Position title
Junior Research Assistant (JRA)
The position is purely temporary in nature and co-terminus with the project. The appointment shall be initially for a period of 12 Months (1 Year) but likely to be extend for 6 Months or till completion of the Project depends upon the performance of the candidate.
The Principal Investigator and institute reserve the right to terminate the engagement of JRA at any time, if the performance is not satisfactory.

1. MCA/M.Sc (CS)/M.Sc (IT) or relevant degree with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%.
Essential Qualification
2. Μ.Ε./M. Tech in related field; with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or not less than 60%.
Desirable
Prior knowledge of Machine Learning, Speech Processing & Natural Language Processing
Emoluments
Rs. 15,000/- Per month
Registration for PhD
The selected candidate can register for PhD Programme if eligible, as per institute rules and statutes.
