Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to lead and develop a team of DSRs (Dealer Sales Representatives), expand Castrol’s retail coverage, and drive growth across the Kashmir Valley.

Candidates with experience in automotive lubricants, automobile sector, or FMCG distribution will be preferred. A minimum Graduate degree is required, while an MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
