The Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS), a registered society/trust sponsored by the Central Bank of India, has released a fresh recruitment notification for engaging eligible candidates at its Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) located in Surguja, Korea, and Balrampur districts of Chhattisgarh. These positions are offered on a purely contractual basis for the financial year 2025-26.

About CBI-SUAPS and RSETIs

The Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS) is a society registered under the Society Registration Act, 1860. It is sponsored by the Central Bank of India and headquartered in Mumbai. The trust runs a network of 50 RSETI centers and 50 FLCC (Financial Literacy and Credit Counselling) centers across 51 districts in India.

The major objective of these institutes is to train rural youth, promote self-employment, spread financial literacy, and create awareness about government-sponsored schemes like PMEGP, Mudra Yojana, PM Vishwakarma, PMJBY, PMSBY, and Atal Pension Yojana.

For the year 2025-26, applications are invited to fill vacancies at RSETI centers in Surguja, Korea, and Balrampur.

Eligibility Criteria – Age, Qualification & Experience

1. Faculty

• Age: 22–40 years (with sound health)

• Educational Qualification:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts)

• Preference to candidates with MSW, MA in Rural Development, MA Sociology, Psychology, B.Sc (Veterinary, Horticulture, Agriculture, Agri Marketing), or BA with B.Ed.

• Skills & Experience:

• Flair for teaching and good computer knowledge

• Excellent communication skills in local language (fluency in English/Hindi is an advantage)

• • Typing skills in Hindi/English preferred

  • Prior teaching experience desirable

  • Must be a resident of the same district, preferably near the RSETI headquarters

2. Office Assistant

• Age: 22–40 years (with sound health)

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in BSW/BA/B.Com with computer knowledge

• Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Tally, and Internet

  • Knowledge of typing in the local language (English typing an added advantage)

  • Knowledge of basic accounting preferred

  • Good communication in local language; Hindi/English fluency desirable

  • Should be a local resident of the same district

3. Attender

• Age: 22–40 years

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass (Matriculate)

• Other Requirements:

  • Ability to read and write in the local language preferred

  • Must belong to the same district and preferably reside near the RSETI center

Contract Period

• All appointments are purely contractual for one year.

• Renewal may be considered based on performance appraisal, subject to approval by the bank and in line with existing policies.

• Performance reports must be submitted one month before contract expiry.

• No candidate already employed elsewhere can continue in service under this contract.

Salary and Remuneration

• Faculty – ₹30,000/- per month

• Office Assistant – ₹20,000/- per month

• Attender – ₹14,000/- per month

• Watchman cum Gardener – ₹12,000/- per month

(Increment and allowances as per appointment terms and MoRD directives)

Leave Policy

Leave will be provided as per the existing HR policy for RSETIs.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

A. Faculty

• Conduct entrepreneurship, motivation, business management, and personality development sessions.

• Guide and mentor trainees; organize business games and motivational programs.

• Assist in preparing Annual Action Plans and training schedules.

• Arrange logistics and guest faculty for training programs.

• Provide counseling, credit linkage support, and project report preparation.

• Write success stories, post-training reports, and monthly progress reports.

• Help in accounts and record-keeping with Office Assistant.

• Supervise staff (assistants, attendants, gardeners) and maintain institute discipline.

• Promote government schemes like PM Vishwakarma, PMEGP, Mudra, and ensure social security enrollment.

B. Office Assistant

• Assist Faculty and Director in daily operations.

• Maintain accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.

• Handle all registers and MIS data (both manual and computer-based).

• Organize logistics for training including boarding/dormitory facilities.

• Prepare monthly and periodic reports for Trust/Ministry.

• Conduct trainee registrations, attendance, and follow-up visits.

• Maintain asset inventory, library records, and training materials.

• Support social security enrollments and scheme linkages.

C. Attender

• Perform supportive duties for Director, Faculty, and Office Assistant.

• Maintain cleanliness of office, classrooms, dormitories, and campus.

• Handle filing, document organization, and errands (including bank-related work).

• Assist in day-to-day smooth running of RSETI operations.

D. Watchman cum Gardener

• Look after security of RSETI premises.

• Maintain gardens, plants, and campus greenery.

• Support in cleanliness and upkeep.

• Assist as Attender when required.

Selection Procedure

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interview.

• Evaluation will be based on communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, problem-solving skills, and commitment to rural development.

• The decision of the Trust/Bank will be final and binding.
