Advertisement for the post of Research Associate and Junior Research Fellow
Applications are invited for the recruitment of Three (03) Research Associates and Five (05) Junior Research Fellows under the Satish Dhawan Centre for Space Sciences, Central University of Jammu.
The positions are available in the disciplines of Electronics & Communication, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, Remote Sensing & GIS, and Materials Science.
The monthly stipend is ₹58,000/- + HRA (as per CU Jammu norms) for Research Associates, while Junior Research Fellows will receive ₹37,000/- + HRA per month for the first two years and ₹42,000/- + HRA in the third year.
Candidates with Ph.D. or M.Tech./M.E. (with relevant experience and publications) in the concerned disciplines are eligible to apply for RA positions, whereas JRF positions require B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech./M.E./M.Sc. in relevant branches with GATE/NET qualification; Ph.D. qualified candidates will be preferred.
These posts are purely temporary and contractual for a period of one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
