Sub:- Engagement of Supporting Staff in KGBV Type IV (Girls Hostels) and KGBV Type — I (KGBV Nehama).
In compliance with the directions conveyed vide No. Edu/PD/SMS/G&E/2652-76/2025-26 Dt. 16-07-2025, directions have been received for operationalization of 04 KGBVs of Type IV (Girls Hostels) and Type I Schools.
New applications are invited on prescribed format from eligible candidates for the engagement of supporting staff in the following KGBVs (Type I & IV):

Terms and Conditions
For Selection of Supporting Staff — Head Cook, Asstt. Cook, Chowkidar, Peon and Safaiwala:
- Only female candidates are eligible.
- Aspirants having qualifications conveyed vide No. 193-CEOP of 2023 Dt. 04-12-2023: Engagement shall be made on a revenue village level where the KGBV is situated.
- Engagement is purely contractual, initially for one year, extendable based on performance.
- An affidavit from 1st Class Judicial Magistrate must be submitted stating that the candidate will not claim permanent absorption and understands that the engagement is not a government service.
- Age: 18 to 40 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Preference: Candidates who have donated land (more than two kanals) for KGBV construction — up to two members per family may be considered.
- Minimum qualification: 8th Pass. Merit in Class 8th marks will be considered where applicable.
Documents Required:
a. Class 8th Marks Certificate
b. DOB Certificate
c. Domicile Certificate
d. Aadhaar Card
e. Affidavit (from 1st Class Judicial Magistrate)
f. Physical Fitness Certificate from CMO/BMO before engagement
For Selection of Assistant Accountant (Full Time):
- Only female candidates are eligible.
- Engagement is contractual for one year, extendable based on performance.
- Age: 18 to 40 years as on the date of advertisement.
- Engagement shall be made at the Block Level where the KGBV / Girls Hostel is situated.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream (as per Finance Department norms for Accounts Assistant).
- Weightage:
- Graduation = 70 Marks
- Post Graduation = 20 Marks
- Relevant Experience (if any) = 10 Marks (2 Marks per year)
- Selection shall be made on the basis of total merit weightage obtained.

e. Affidavit (from 1st Class Judicial Magistrate)
f. Physical Fitness Certificate from CMO/BMO before engagement
The previous advertisement notice, if any, stands cancelled, and all applicants must apply afresh.
