Essential Qualification: Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned/relevant subject from an Indian University or an accredited foreign University (with AIU equivalence certificate). The candidate must have cleared NET/SLET/SET or have a Ph.D. degree as per UGC regulations (2009/2016) which exempts them from NET/SLET/SET. Relaxation of 5% is available for reserved categories.

आवश्यक योग्यता: संबंधित/प्रासंगिक विषय में 55% अंक (या समकक्ष ग्रेड) के साथ मास्टर डिग्री। उम्मीदवार ने NET/SLET/SET उत्तीर्ण किया हो या UGC विनियमों (2009/2016) के अनुसार Ph.D. डिग्री प्राप्त की हो जो NET/SLET/SET से छूट देती है। आरक्षित श्रेणियों के लिए 5% की छूट उपलब्ध है।

Application Fee: General (UR/OM) – ₹2,000; Reserved Categories – ₹1,500. Payment must be made online through the payment gateway on the university website www.cusrinagar.edu.in. A printout of the submitted application along with the fee receipt must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the last date.

How to Apply: Candidates must apply online through the university website www.cusrinagar.edu.in. After online submission, candidates must take a printout of the application form and submit it along with self‑attested copies of all requisite documents and the fee receipt to the Registrar, Cluster University of Srinagar, Gogji Bagh, Srinagar – 190008, either personally or via Speed/Registered Post by 24 September 2026.

Selection Process: Shortlisting of candidates (20 per post + 5 additional for each extra post) will be based on academic scores. Interviews will be conducted for shortlisted candidates. Minimum three candidates must be available for an interview to be conducted. No TA/DA will be paid. The selection is subject to document verification and the outcome of the interview. Final appointment is provisional subject to verification of documents/claims.
