Coal India Limited (CIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, has announced the recruitment of Management Trainees for the year 2026. This recruitment is based on GATE-2025 scores and seeks young, energetic, and dynamic persons for the post of Management Trainee in the E-1 Grade.

The primary vacancy is in the Mining discipline, with a total of 276 tentative positions available. Candidates must hold a regular full-time Degree in Mining Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) from a recognized University or Institute.
