Job Title: Product Support Engineer

Job Description: As a full-time Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include working closely with our customers to identify and solve complex product-related issues, performing in-depth technical analysis, and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries.

Qualification:

Product Support, Customer Support, and Technical Support skills

Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities

Comfortable with command line interfaces

Experience working with REST APIs

Experience with various programming languages (C/C++, JS)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred

Customer service experience is a plus

Salary: 25-35k/month
