Job Title: Sales and marketing manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a background in IT sales and marketing with a proven track record of
achieving sales targets and driving growth in the industry. The successful candidate will be
responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that align with the
company’s overall goals and objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales:
● Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
● Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
● Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
● Creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals
● Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
● Managing sales pipelines and forecasting sales projections
● Providing sales training and support to team members
● Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Marketing:
● Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns to support sales efforts
● Creating and delivering marketing content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, and social
media posts
● Developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity and messaging
● Managing the company’s online presence, including the website and social media
accounts
● Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor
activities
● Collaborating with other departments, such as product development, to ensure
alignment of sales and marketing strategies

Eligibility (Educational qualification & experience required?): ● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
● 2+ years of experience in IT sales and marketing
● Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in the industry
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Familiarity with sales and marketing software tools, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads,
HubSpot, Intercom, Google Analytics etc.
● Experience managing a sales and marketing team is a plus
