Essential Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech. in Metallurgy / Materials Science / Mechanical / Advanced Manufacturing or equivalent with 3 years of experience OR Ph.D. in Materials Science or equivalent with 2 years OR Ph.D. in Engineering in Metallurgy / Materials Science / Mechanical Engineering / Advanced Manufacturing or equivalent.
Desirable: Experience in metal additive manufacturing (AM) of advanced alloys (Ti, Ni, Al, refractory, ODS, graphene-reinforced); generative design, AI/ML modelling for AM; powder production; microstructural characterization (SEM, TEM, APT); publications/patents in AM and alloy development; R&D experience (post-Ph.D.) and demonstrated capability in project leadership/ technology translation.
Job/Role: To lead R&D in metal additive manufacturing (AM) of advanced alloys for defence and aerospace sectors. Role involves generative design, AI/ML modelling for AM, and hands-on microstructural characterization.

Essential Qualification: M.E./M.Tech. in Computational Science/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/Computational Engineering or equivalent with 3 years experience OR Ph.D. in Computational Materials Science/Computational Physics or equivalent with 2 years experience OR Ph.D. in Engineering computational disciplines.
Desirable: Experience in AI/ML techniques for materials property prediction and materials discovery (Materials Informatics); HPC, parallel computing; expertise in DFT and MD, classical force fields; coding/scripting (e.g., Python/MATLAB).

Essential Qualification: B.Tech/M.Sc with MBA or Post Graduate degree in IP Law with three years’ experience OR M.E./M.Tech. with three years of Experience in technology management, IP and business development OR Ph.D. in Engineering/Management OR Ph.D. in Science with two years of experience in technology management, IP and business development.
