DRDO-DIHAR Walk-in Interview Notification 2026
The Defence Institute of High Altitude Research (DIHAR), a premier laboratory under the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), is conducting a walk-in interview for research positions. DIHAR is located in the Leh-Ladakh region and focuses on high-altitude technologies and armaments research.
This recruitment drive is aimed at selecting young and motivated Indian nationals to work on various defence-related research projects. Age Limit and Fellowship Benefits
The upper age limit for JRF is 28 years and for RA is 35 years as of the interview date. Age relaxations are applicable for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per Government of India (GoI) rules.
The monthly stipend for JRF is Rs. 37,000 + HRA for an initial period of two years, extendable up to 5 years based on performance. For RA, the stipend is Rs. 67,000 + HRA per month for a maximum tenure of two years.
