Subject: Re-Advertisement Notice for Engagement of Krishi Udyamis (KU)/Agricultural Entrepreneur in District Budgam under Holistic Agriculture Development Program.

Applications on prescribed format are invited from eligible candidates for engagement as Krishi Udyamis (KUs) in 20 vacant pre-identified Panchayat/cluster level Kisan Khidmat Ghars in District Budgam under HADP Phase II for a period of two years (extensible) subject to terms and conditions laid down in contract agreement & Govt. निर्धारित प्रारूप पर पात्र उम्मीदवारों से एचएडीपी चरण II के तहत जिला बड़गाम में 20 रिक्त पूर्व-चिह्नित पंचायत/क्लस्टर स्तर के किसान खिदमत घरों में दो साल की अवधि (विस्तार योग्य) के लिए कृषि उद्यमियों (केयू) के रूप में नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए जाते हैं।

1. Position	Krishi Udyami (KU) (Agricultural Entrepreneur) कृषि उद्यमी (केयू) (कृषि उद्यमी)
2. Number of positions	20 vacant pre-identified panchayat level Kisan Khidmat Ghar of District Budgam – Please see Annexure (I) for full details. जिला बड़गाम के 20 रिक्त पूर्व-चिह्नित पंचायत स्तर के किसान खिदमत घर।
3. Engagement Duration	Initially for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of annual extensions subject to the satisfactory performance of the PLE. प्रारंभ में 2 वर्ष की अवधि के लिए, पीएलई के संतोषजनक प्रदर्शन के अधीन वार्षिक विस्तार की संभावना के साथ।
4. Qualification	Diploma* in Agriculture & Allied Fields or Graduation in Science (BSc), Graduation in Agriculture and Allied Fields (BSc/BVSc). Additional preference will be given to candidates possessing post-graduation (science/agri & allied) & computer* diplomas/certifications. कृषि और संबद्ध क्षेत्रों में डिप्लोमा या विज्ञान में स्नातक (बीएससी), कृषि और संबद्ध क्षेत्रों में स्नातक (बीएससी/बीवीएससी)। Diploma courses: Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Sciences, Forestry, Fisheries, Sericulture, Agri. Engineering, BHT, BAT from government recognized institution. डिप्लोमा पाठ्यक्रम: सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से कृषि, बागवानी, पशु चिकित्सा विज्ञान, वानिकी, मत्स्य पालन, रेशम उत्पादन, कृषि इंजीनियरिंग, बीएचटी, बीएटी में डिप्लोमा। Agri Allied courses: BSc in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Sericulture; B. Tech in Agriculture Engineering, BVSc & AH from a Government recognized institution. कृषि संबद्ध पाठ्यक्रम: सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से कृषि, बागवानी, वानिकी, मत्स्य पालन, रेशम उत्पादन में बीएससी; कृषि इंजीनियरिंग में बी.टेक, बीवीएससी और एएच। **Diploma/Certification course in computers of 3 or more months duration from a government recognized institution (See selection criteria (E) for full details). सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से 3 या अधिक महीने की अवधि का कंप्यूटर में डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र पाठ्यक्रम।
5. Job profile	Operate Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKGs) under the Holistic Agriculture Development Programme in Jammu & Kashmir as per details mentioned at (F). जैसा कि (एफ) में उल्लेख किया गया है, जम्मू और कश्मीर में समग्र कृषि विकास कार्यक्रम के तहत किसान खिदमत घरों (केकेजी) का संचालन करना।
6. Remunerations	The engagement is based on a self-earning/entrepreneur basis. Full details of KKG operations can be viewed at (G). यह नियुक्ति स्व-कमाई/उद्यमी आधार पर आधारित है। केकेजी संचालन का पूरा विवरण (जी) पर देखा जा सकता है।

B. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
सामान्य नियम और शर्तें

I. Detailed information including application form can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Commissioner Budgam or downloaded from the official websites of the Agriculture Production Department (jkapd[dot]nic[dot]in and hadp[dot]jk[dot]gov[dot]in).
आवेदन पत्र सहित विस्तृत जानकारी उपायुक्त बड़गाम के कार्यालय से प्राप्त की जा सकती है या कृषि उत्पादन विभाग की आधिकारिक वेबसाइटों से डाउनलोड की जा सकती है।

II. Candidate must have the requisite qualification for the post applied.
उम्मीदवार के पास लागू पद के लिए आवश्यक योग्यता होनी चाहिए।

III. Age should be between 21 and 45 years as of the last date of submission.
प्रस्तुत करने की अंतिम तिथि को आयु 21 से 45 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।

IV. The Candidate must submit an affidavit attested by a 1st Class Magistrate that he/she will make available a secure space comprising of two rooms / shops (approximately 750 to 800 Sq. Ft.) feasibly located within the concerned Panchayat on his/her own for which no rent shall be claimed by the candidate.
उम्मीदवार को प्रथम श्रेणी मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा सत्यापित एक हलफनामा जमा करना होगा कि वह संबंधित पंचायत के भीतर व्यावहारिक रूप से स्थित दो कमरों / दुकानों (लगभग 750 से 800 वर्ग फुट) से युक्त एक सुरक्षित स्थान स्वयं उपलब्ध कराएगा जिसके लिए उम्मीदवार द्वारा कोई किराया नहीं मांगा जाएगा।

V. Self-attested photocopies of the following documents must be attached with the application form:
आवेदन पत्र के साथ निम्नलिखित दस्तावेजों की स्व-सत्यापित फोटोकॉपी संलग्न होनी चाहिए:
a. Date of birth certificate (Matriculation certificate). (जन्म तिथि प्रमाण पत्र – मैट्रिक प्रमाणपत्र)
b. Marks certificate of all qualifying examinations. (सभी योग्यता परीक्षाओं का अंक प्रमाण पत्र)
c. Domicile Certificate. (मूल निवासी प्रमाण पत्र)
d. Character certificate issued by the competent authority. (सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र)

VI. Completed application forms should be submitted to the office of the Deputy Commissioner Budgam in person or through registered post.
पूर्ण किए गए आवेदन पत्र व्यक्तिगत रूप से या पंजीकृत डाक के माध्यम से उपायुक्त बड़गाम के कार्यालय में जमा किए जाने चाहिए।

VII. Any postal delay shall not be the responsibility of the APD/advertising authority.

VIII. Incomplete applications will be summararily rejected without further notice.
