We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional who can lead and oversee all operations of the villa and drive excellence across all departments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the overall operations of the villa and all departments

• Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Security & Guest Services

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the property

• Lead, train and motivate departmental teams

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
आदर्श उम्मीदवार:

• 7+ Years of Hotel Industry Experience
  होटल उद्योग में 7+ वर्षों का अनुभव
• Experience as Operations Manager, Front Office Manager or Senior Front Office Manager

• Strong Leadership & Team Management Skills
