ADVERTISEMENT
Applications are invited, from the desirous eligible candidates for the engagement of one post
of project assistant in project entitled “Understanding the molecular mechanisms of translational
reprogramming during cancer” in the Department of Biotechnology, University of Kashmir. The
application should reach the undersigned by mail by or before 5th June 2022. Eligible candidates
are requested to mail applications and other credentials to participate in the interview. The interview
date will be notified separately.
ELIGIBILITY:
M.Sc. Biotechnology /Biochemistry/Clinical Biochemistry with more than 60% marks and
skills in animal cell culture and genetic engineering (CRISPRICas).
Desirable: The candidates with NET/SET shall be preferred.
Salary: 20,000 per month
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and will be initially for the period
of one year and can be extended on the basis of performance every year for a maximum period
of five years.
2. The terms and condition for the appointment of human resource remains enforced as per the
University guidelines.
3. The decision of the Competent Authority regarding selection of the candidates will be final and
no representations will be entertained in this regard.
