ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Applications are invited from highly motivated and eligible candidates for the position of Research Assistant (RA) under the project titled Smart High Density apple Orchards Monitoring Using IoT and Machine Learning sanctioned by J&K Science Technology & Innovation Council, Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir. The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

20,000 per month (Consolidated)

Essential Qualification: B.Tech CSE or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks.

Desirable Qualification: MTech CSE or equivalent degree with research experience in IOT/Machine Learning, GATE qualification.

Initially for a period of six months, extendable based on performance and

subject to the availability of funds

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

ii. The appointment will be initially for a period of six months, extendable based on the performance of the RA and subject to the availability of funds.

The above position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and the candidates shall not claim for regular appointments in the University.

Eligible candidates must bring all the testimonials/certificates relating to their qualification, experience etc. (in original and one self-attested copy) at the time of interview.

The University reserves the right to terminate the contract of non-performing candidates at any time without prior notice.

iv.

No TA/DA will be provided to the candidates appearing for the interview.

The University reserves the right to defer or not to fill up of post advertised here in above,

without assigning any reason thereof.

vii. In case candidate wants to withdraw, he/she must serve one-month notice period (or one-month salary).

viii. The terms and conditions governing the service shall be as per the rules & regulations of the University and/or the funding agency (wherever applicable) with amendments from time to time.
