Subject: Engagement of Contractual Staff under Mission Vatsalya (WCD-CR-Child Helpline) for the Financial Year 2026–27. Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement on a purely contractual basis against various posts under the WCD-Control Room-Child Helpline (established at Housing Colony Police Station Leh) Mission Vatsalya, Department of Social & Tribal Welfare, UT Ladakh, for the Financial Year 2026–27.

Vacancies & Eligibility / रिक्तियां और पात्रता
1. Helpline Administrator (1 Post)
* Age: 18-45 Years
* Remuneration: Rs. 33,100 per month
* Qualification: Candidate having a Master’s in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, Psychology with at least 5 years of experience working on Child related relevant domains in an administrative set-up with a government or non-Government project/programme and preferably with at least 1-year experience of counselling either within or outside the same set up. She/He should be preferably a resident of the local community so that local human resources and expertise is utilized for effective functioning of the centre.
* Assessment Parameters: Marks in Masters — 15 marks (marks <55=5, 55-70%=10, 70+=15), Relevant experience / counselling experience — 15 marks (3-5 years=10, 5+ years=15), Interview — 15 marks.
1. हेल्पलाइन एडमिनिस्ट्रेटर (1 पद)
* आयु: 18-45 वर्ष | मानदेय: रु 33,100 प्रति माह
* योग्यता: कानून, समाज कार्य, समाजशास्त्र, सामाजिक विज्ञान, या मनोविज्ञान में स्नातकोत्तर (मास्टर्स) और प्रशासनिक क्षेत्र में बाल-संबंधित क्षेत्रों में 5 वर्ष का अनुभव।
2. Call operator (4 Posts)
* Age: 18-45 Years
* Remuneration: Rs. 13,240 per month
* Qualification: Minimum qualification 12th Passed from any recognized board. A candidate having good communication skills in Hindi, English and/or regional languages and experience of working on telecom/web-based relevant systems.
* Assessment Parameters: Interview — 15 marks.
2. कॉल ऑपरेटर (4 पद)
* आयु: 18-45 वर्ष | मानदेय: रु 13,240 प्रति माह
* योग्यता: किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से न्यूनतम 12वीं उत्तीर्ण। हिंदी, अंग्रेजी और/या क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं में अच्छा संचार कौशल और टेलिकॉम/वेब-आधारित प्रणालियों पर काम करने का अनुभव।
3. MTS (Multi Tasking Staff) (1 Post)
* Age: 18-45 Years
* Remuneration: Rs. 9,930 per month
* Qualification: 10th class pass under the 10+2 system from any recognised board and not more than 12th pass.
* Assessment Parameters: Interview — 15 marks.
3. एमटीएस (मल्टी टास्किंग स्टाफ) (1 पद)
* आयु: 18-45 वर्ष | मानदेय: रु 9,930 प्रति माह
* योग्यता: 10+2 प्रणाली के तहत 10वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण और 12वीं से अधिक नहीं।
Terms & Conditions / नियम एवं शर्तें
1. The appointment is purely on contractual basis and continuous working/ renewal of contract shall not confer any right of claiming regularization/permanent absorption against the post, and the application form along with requisite document shall be submitted to the Missions office at Agling near ARTO office Leh.
2. The applicants who want to fill more than one post, shall fill separate forms for each post.
3. Background verification of staff by police is mandatory prior to their appointment to ensure credibility and accountability of staff.
4. The provisions regarding income tax/ other taxes shall apply as per rules.
5. PMU shall be eligible for 12 days leave in a calendar year, thereafter remuneration would be deducted on pro-data basis.
6. Travel allowance shall be provided according to the rule as framed by the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh, Social/Tribal Welfare Department.
7. Any other incentives, if provided under respective scheme guidelines, shall be applicable.
Supporting documents to be submitted with application: Address Proof (Passport/Aadhar/Pan Card), Domicile, Date of Birth Proof, Requisite Educational Degree from recognised institution, Experience certificate.
