The Department of Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing, J&K, invites applications for
engagement on temporary basis for Project-Mode Staff for GOl project-ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION, AWARENESS, CAPACITY BUILDING AND LIVELIHOOD PROGRAMME (EIACP) initially
for a period of 01 year only or co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier, at the ElACP cell
based out of Jammu. The designation of Program Officer advertised vide notice no. 3 of DEERS dt
31/12/2022 and extended vide 1/1665 10/2023 dt 11/01/2023 is hereby withdrawn and re-advert is ed
vide this advertisement due to poor response received.
The eligibilty, experience, monthly emoluments and number of positions is as provided below:

Eligibility:.M.Sc. (Natural Scien ces/ Environmental Science)/ B.Tech./ BE, well
versed in computer appliations/Web Development with 5 years of experi-

Desirable: Candidates with MBA in addtion to above mentioned qualifca-
tion shall be given preferen c
Note: Candidates in their own interest should satisfy themselves, before applying for the above
position, that they are eligible for the position applied for viz, requisite qualification and requis ite
experience. There shall be no change in the elig ibility criteria and terms/conditions.
GENERAL CcONDITIONS
1. Only eligible candidates, satisfying above criteria who are domicile of J&K should send the
scanned copies of documents/certificates (viz, duly filled Application form – Annexure-A
Domicile cer tificate of J&K, Qualification Certificate, Experience, etc) by or before 25th February,
2023 via email to [email protected]
The list of the screened candidates eligible for evaluation will be uploaded on the department’s
website on 28th of February 2023.
Candidates called for test, will have to produce all relevant original documents along with a set of
selfattested photocopies at the time of Selection Process. If any information furnished is found
to be wrong/false/suppressed the facts at any stage of the recruitment process, the candidate
will not be allowed for Interview, and if selected/ appointed, he is liable to be terminated without
assigning any reason.
Interview of the candidates selected after screening shall be done by committee constituted
for the purpose, and same shall be held at Department of Ecology, Environment& Remote
Sensing (DEE&RS), Paryavaran Bhawan, Tran sport Nagar, Gladni, Jammu-180006 only on 11TH
OF MARCH 2023 FROM 11:30 AM and in case process being not completed on the day the
interviews will be extended to the next working day.
The final selection list will be uploaded on www.jkdears.com on 18th March 2023.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for at tending the interview.
