Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the below mentioned posts in respect of District Hub for Empowerment of

Women (DHEW), Mi ssion Shakti Ganderbal establish ed under Min istry of Women and Child Development, Government ofindia, purely

Academic Qualification- 80- Points ( on Pro-rata Basis). The points will be awarded for Marks obtain ed in requisite qualification

(qua lification of eligi bil ity) only.

Viva-Voce: 20 points

Cand idates shall be shortlisted based on the merit of their education al qua lificati on poin ts in the ratio of 1:5 ie. 5 can did ates for

one post. Candidates obtaining equal merit shall also becalled for interview.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The engagement/ hir ing of the staff is purely on temporany basis initia ly for a period of one year, on con so lida ted hon orarium

as per the gu idelin es of the scheme, subject to the sat isfa ctory performance, continuatio n of the scheme and fun ding from the

government.

The Con solidated honorar ium of the po sts will be deci ded by the Competent Authority as per the revised guidel ines of Mission

Shakti, notified by the Ministry of Women &Child Devel opment, Gol Vide No. WW-23/1/2021-WW Dated 14-07-2022

3. Applicant must bea Domicile of the Union Territory of J&K and the resi dent of Di st rict Gan derbal

4. Applicants should be medically fit for field isits indifferent blocks/ illages of District Ganderbal

5. The engagement being a temporary arrangement is terminable if the performance is not satisfactory as assessed by the District

Level Committee headed by the District Mag istrate/ District Devel opment Commiss ioner.

There shall be no right to seek permanent absor ption in any department or regularization of any sort Agreement for the same

sworn before judi cial Mag istrate 1st Class needed to be executed upon select ion before joining..

Candidates must possess the required eligi bility/qua lific atio n by or before the last date for submission of the application for m

8. Any daim regarding qualification made after the closing date of receiving application forms shall not be entertained. The last date

of recei pt ofapplicatio n forms shall be the cut-off date for determining the elig ibility.
