Eligibility, Experience, and Age Limits

Candidates must ensure they meet the following criteria as of 30.11.2025:

Assistant General Manager (PEM): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with minimum 60% marks and 16 years of experience. Upper age limit: 44 years.
Senior Manager (PEM/Projects): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with minimum 65% marks and 12 years of experience. Upper age limit: 40 years.
Manager: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with minimum 65% marks and 8 years of experience. Upper age limit: 36 years.
Deputy Manager: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.) with minimum 65% marks and 4 years of experience. Upper age limit: 32 years.

Remuneration and Postings

The Cost to Company (CTC) per annum is highly competitive. In addition to Basic Pay and DA, employees are entitled to HRA (or Company leased accommodation), Perks, Performance Related Pay (PRP), and terminal benefits like Gratuity and PF.
