2. It is also mentioned that “one post out of three is reserved for PwBD horizontally”. The post earmarked for a Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) must first be filled by a suitable PwBD candidate.
If no PwBD candidate is available or no suitable candidate is found within the PwBD category, the post can be filled by an eligible candidate from other categories as per the existing vertical reservation system.
