EMPLOYMENT NOTICE
1. ECHS invites applications to engage following Medical, Para Medical & Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinic, Srinagar for a period upto 31 March 2026/ one year
(on receipt of vacancy for F.Y. 2026-27) renewable for additional period of one year/ till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/ other conditions according to the criteria as mentioned against each post:-

Minimum Qualification
Minimum 05 years after internship. Preferable Addl Qualification in medicine/Surgery
Merit in MBBS, PG/Other Addl qualification. Exp of more than 05 years. 60% reservation for ESM and 40% for civ.
(1) GNM Diploma/Class-I Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Forces). (ii) Minimum OS years’ experience. 70% reservation for ESM and 30% for civ.

3. Last date for receipt of applications as per format given at our website. Application as per requisite format along with self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of
Educational Qualification and Work Experience will be submitted to OIC, Str HQ (ECHS Cell), Srinagar by 09 June 2025 in duplicate. Any application received after 09 June 2025 will not be accepted.
4. Interview Date, Timing & Venue: Interview Date, Timing & Venue will be intimated personally via e-mail/SMS on mobile Nos. Candidates must bring all the original certificate/ mark sheets/degree of 10″/ Matric, 10+2 and Graduation/Post
Graduation/Diploma Course and work experience and Discharge Book, PPO, Service records and 02 (two) passport size colour photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements may apply.
5. Handing/Taking Pd: Selected individuals will have to carry out 10 days On Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from OIC polyclinic before signing the contract. In case of OIC Polyclinic, the certificate would be rendered by OIC ECHS Cell at Stn HQs.
The duration of OJT will remain unpaid and counted as mandatory before assuming charge as contractual employee.
