Applications are invited for the following post purely on temporary basis under the DHR, MOH&FW, GOI, ICMR, at Multi Disciplinary Research Unit (MRU), Govt. Medical College, Jammu.

or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences with 2nd class and PhD in Life Sciences from a recognized University

Experience: 04 years of R&D experience in relevant subject after qualifying the degree

Desirable: Candidate with relevant experience will be preferred

Salary as per ICMR Norms

Research

Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/Biostatistics with first class from a recognized University

Scientist-I

Master’s Degree in Life Sciences/Biostatistics with 2nd class and PhD in Life Sciences from a recognized

University

Experience: 02 years of R&D experience in relevant subject after qualifying the degree

Desirable:

Candidate with relevant experience will be preferred

How to apply:-

Application as per the requisite format with the attested copies of certificates/documents shall be reach in the office of Prof. & Head, Deptt. of Pathology, GMC, Jammu by or before 28.02.2025. No application shall be entertained beyond the last date. Applications without complete documents will not be entertained.

The terms & conditions for the posts are as follows:

1. The posts will be filled up purely on temporary basis.

2. Initially scheme will be for 12 months extendable on the basis of performance.

3. No TA/DA will be given to attend the interview or joining of post and candidate should make his/her own arrangement for stay for interview and joining of post.

4. Qualification and experience should be from any Govt. recognizes organization.

5. Experience will be counted only after completion of minimum education qualification.

6. Mere fulfilling the essential qualification does not guarantee for the interview call and selection.
