Applications on plain paper are invited from eligible candidates i.e. Doctors (Non-PSC/retired) who are permanent residents of UT of J&K for engagement on “Academic Arrangement basis” in terms of S.O-364 of 2020 dated 27th of November, 2020, i.e. Jammu and Kashmir Medical and Dental Education (Appointment on Academic Arrangement Basis), Rules 2020 [these rules have replaced the Jammu and Kashmir Medical and Dental Education (appointment on Academic Arrangement basis) Rules, 2019 dated 10.01.2019),
initially for a period of three years extendable up to six years (one year at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) in case of Professors and Associate Professors and initially for a period of one year and extend-able to upto maximum of six years (one at a time and subject to good performance and conduct) or till the selection/promotion is made on regular basis in accordance with rules of recruitment governing the respective posts by the PSC/DPC whichever is ear-lier, in the below mentioned disciplines of Govt. Medical College.
