Advertisement for Recruitment of Young Professional / Assistant Young Professional

Applications are invited from Qualified CA/CS/CMA and Semi-Qualified persons who have passed Intermediate/Executive level examinations for filling up 145 posts of Young Professional and Assistant Young Professional on contractual basis through ICAI, ICoAI (ICMAI), and ICSI in the Central Facility Centres (CRC / C-PACE / CSC / CPC) of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, located at Manesar, Haryana.

Number of Vacancies

145 posts of Young Professionals / Assistant Young Professionals on a contractual basis.

Location of Workplace

Central Facility Centres (CRC / C-PACE / CSC / CPC) located at IICA, Plot No. 6,7,8, Sec-5, IMT Manesar, near Gurugram (Haryana) – 122050.

Qualifications

Young Professional: Qualified member of ICAI / ICoAI (ICMAI) / ICSI.
Assistant Young Professional: Must have passed the Intermediate / Executive Examination of ICAI / ICoAI (ICMAI) / ICSI.
Candidates must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, along with working knowledge of computer-based ICT applications.
Cut-off date: 30.10.2025.

Age Limit

Candidates should not be more than 35 years of age at any time during their engagement.
Cut-off date for determining age limit: 30.10.2025.

Period of Engagement

Contract period: Maximum 3 years or till attaining 35 years of age, whichever is earlier.
Engagement is full-time; no other assignment is allowed during the contract period.

Scope of Work

YPs/AYPs will examine and process e-forms under the Companies Act, 2013 and LLP Act, 2008, as per roles assigned in CRC, C-PACE, CSC, and CPC offices. Productivity targets will be set, and performance appraisals will be based on benchmarks achieved.

Entitlements & Increment

2nd	80,000 (incl. ₹5,000 inc.)	42,500 (incl. ₹2,500 inc.)
3rd	85,000 (incl. ₹5,000 inc.)	45,000 (incl. ₹2,500 inc.)

Additional ₹2,500 per day for attending office on Sundays/Holidays, as decided by the respective ROC.

Leave Policy

Entitled to 1 day leave per calendar month.
No remuneration for absence beyond 12 days per year (pro-rata).
Unused leave cannot be carried forward.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday — 48 hours/week, subject to achievement of set targets.

Candidate Antecedents

Candidates must possess good moral character and no criminal record. Discovery of criminal antecedents at any stage leads to cancellation of candidature.

Selection Process

Selection based on merit by each professional institute — ICAI / ICSI / ICMAI.

Other Terms & Conditions

Engagement is purely contractual through ICAI / ICoAI (ICMAI) / ICSI.
Professionals must deposit personal belongings (phones/bags) during work hours.
Contract may be terminated by the institute or the professional with one month’s notice or salary in lieu thereof.
Training and capacity-building programs will be conducted.
Current CS Executives at Manesar Centres must reapply if eligible.
Engagement under this scheme does not confer any right to future employment in Government or institutes.
