Applicants must be Dental Graduates who have completed their BDS degree and internship from GDCH Srinagar and hold valid registration with the Dental Council. House Surgeons will be whole-timers and are restricted from private practice during their tenure. It is explicitly noted that hostel facilities are currently unavailable as all accommodations are occupied.

A fee receipt of Rs. 500 per specialty must be deposited in any J&K Bank branch and uploaded with the form. Additionally, an affidavit attested by a 1st Class Magistrate stating the applicant has not previously done a House Job in any institution is required.
