Govt. ITI Ramban Guest Faculty Engagement – Electrician (Self Finance) 2026 | DIP/J-9766

The Office of the Superintendent, Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Ramban, under the Government of Jammu & Kashmir, invites applications from interested candidates for the temporary engagement as Guest Faculty for the Academic Session 2026-27 in the trade of Electrician (Self Finance). The engagement is purely on a need basis and shall be co‑terminus with the academic session. Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format (Annexure “B”) within 07 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

सरकारी औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान (आईटीआई), रामबन के अधीक्षक कार्यालय, जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार के अंतर्गत, इच्छुक उम्मीदवारों से शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 के लिए इलेक्ट्रीशियन (सेल्फ फाइनेंस) ट्रेड में अतिथि संकाय के रूप में अस्थायी नियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित करता है। यह नियुक्ति पूर्णतः आवश्यकता के आधार पर होगी और शैक्षणिक सत्र के साथ समाप्त होगी। आवेदन निर्धारित प्रारूप (अनुबंध “B”) में विज्ञापन के प्रकाशन की तिथि से 07 दिन के भीतर जमा किए जाने चाहिए।

🛠️ Trade & Prescribed Qualification

The following trade is open for Guest Faculty engagement. Candidates must possess the minimum qualification as per Annexure “A” (detailed below).

अतिथि संकाय नियुक्ति के लिए निम्नलिखित ट्रेड खुला है। उम्मीदवारों के पास अनुबंध “A” के अनुसार न्यूनतम योग्यता होनी चाहिए।

📄 Documents Required

The duly completed Application Form must be accompanied by self‑attested copies of the following:

• Academic/Technical Qualification Certificate/Marks Certificate.
• Date of Birth Certificate.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Character Certificate (in original).
• Experience Certificate, if any.

आवेदन पत्र के साथ निम्नलिखित की स्व-सत्यापित प्रतियाँ संलग्न करनी होंगी: शैक्षणिक/तकनीकी योग्यता प्रमाणपत्र, जन्म तिथि, डोमिसाइल, चरित्र प्रमाणपत्र (मूल), तथा अनुभव प्रमाणपत्र (यदि कोई हो)।

⚖️ Terms & Conditions

The engagement of Guest Faculty will be for the Academic Session 2026-27 only on a need basis. The assignment shall be co‑terminus with the academic session. It can be terminated on account of non‑performance or when regular appointments/transfers are made by the Department.

अतिथि संकाय की नियुक्ति शैक्षणिक सत्र 2026-27 के लिए केवल आवश्यकता के आधार पर होगी। यह शैक्षणिक सत्र के साथ समाप्त होगी। खराब प्रदर्शन या विभाग द्वारा नियमित नियुक्तियों/स्थानांतरणों के होने पर इसे समाप्त किया जा सकता है।

The undersigned reserves the right to reject incomplete/deficient applications after assigning proper reasons. The criteria for engagement and remuneration shall be strictly as per guidelines/directions/instructions issued from time to time.

प्राधिकारी उचित कारण बताते हुए अपूर्ण/अपर्याप्त आवेदनों को अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार रखते हैं। नियुक्ति और पारिश्रमिक के मानदंड समय-समय पर जारी दिशानिर्देशों/निर्देशों के अनुसार सख्ती से होंगे।

The candidates engaged shall maintain proper discipline and punctuality and work to the entire satisfaction of the students and the Head of Institution. Indiscipline, misconduct, moral turpitude or false documentation will entail disengagement.

नियुक्त उम्मीदवारों को उचित अनुशासन और समयनिष्ठा बनाए रखनी होगी तथा छात्रों और संस्थान प्रमुख की पूर्ण संतुष्टि के लिए कार्य करना होगा। अव्यवस्था, कदाचार, अनैतिक आचरण या झूठे दस्तावेजीकरण पर नियुक्ति समाप्त कर दी जाएगी।

Every selected candidate shall, before joining, execute an undertaking/affidavit duly attested by a First‑Class Judicial Magistrate, expressly stating: (i) the candidate is fully aware that the engagement is purely temporary, session‑specific and terminable; (ii) the candidate shall not claim regularisation, permanent absorption, or continuation on any grounds; and (iii) the candidate shall abide by the Code of Conduct as specified.

प्रत्येक चयनित उम्मीदवार को कार्यभार ग्रहण करने से पहले एक प्रथम श्रेणी न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा सत्यापित शपथ पत्र देना होगा, जिसमें स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया हो कि नियुक्ति पूर्णतः अस्थायी है, कोई नियमितीकरण या स्थायी अवशोषण का दावा नहीं किया जाएगा, और आचार संहिता का पालन किया जाएगा।

Mere submission of application or eligibility shall not entitle any candidate for engagement; engagement shall be made only as per the Jammu and Kashmir Guest Faculty in ITIs Engagement Policy.

केवल आवेदन या पात्रता किसी भी उम्मीदवार को नियुक्ति का अधिकार नहीं देती; नियुक्ति केवल जम्मू और कश्मीर आईटीआई में अतिथि संकाय नियुक्ति नीति के अनुसार की जाएगी।
