The Office of the Principal, Government Medical College Handwara (GMC Handwara), under the Department of Health and Medical Education, UT of J&K, has issued an advertisement notice for the engagement of Junior Residents on an Academic Arrangement Basis.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for these positions in various departments purely on an academic arrangement basis under S.O 364 dated 27-11-2020. The initial engagement is for six months, extendable up to a maximum of one year based on performance reports from the concerned Head of Department.

MBBS Degree certificate from an NMC recognized Institution.
Marks Cards of all Professional Examinations and Attempt certificate.
Internship completion certificate.
Permanent Registration Certificate from State Medical Council/NMC.
Date of Birth and Domicile Certificates.
Distinction / National Scholarship / Honours / Medals / Academic Merit certificates.
Two recent passport size photographs.
