Government Medical College & Associated Hospitals, Kathua, has issued an advertisement notice for the recruitment of Demonstrators and Senior Residents on a tenure basis. Applications are invited from both PSC and Non-PSC doctors who are domiciles of the UT of J&K.

| Demonstrator | MD/DNB or Medical M.Sc/Medical PhD in concerned specialty. |
The maximum age limit for eligibility is 45 years as of the cut-off date. Selection will be based on academic qualifications and, in case of a tie, written test marks or higher qualifications will be considered. For Non-PSC doctors, the engagement will be on a consolidated pay equal to the revised basic pay of a Medical Officer plus dearness allowance.
Application Procedure
Candidates must submit their application forms in offline mode, either by post or by hand, to the office of the Principal, GMC Kathua.
Last Date of Submission: 23.03.2026 (Till 05:00 PM).
Application Fee: Rs. 500 (Non-Refundable) to be paid online to the GMC Recruitment Account (Acc No: 1230010200000033, IFSC: JAKA00LDBUS).
Required Documents: Applications must include self-attested copies of 10th marks card, MBBS/M.Sc/MD/MS/DNB/PhD degrees, registration certificates, internship completion certificate, and Domicile of UT of J&K.
