🎓 Eligibility & Required Documents
Required Documents
Candidates must upload several requisite documents. These include a Date of Birth Certificate, MBBS Degree, and Marks Cards of all professional exams. Furthermore, they need State/MCI/NMC Registration Certificates and a Post-Graduate Degree Certificate. Additionally, an Additional Qualification Registration Certificate issued by JKMC is necessary. A Higher Qualification Certificate (D.M/M.Ch.) is required if applicable. Moreover, candidates must submit an Affidavit duly attested by a first-class judicial magistrate. Finally, In-Service or PSC candidates must submit an NOC from their parent department.
Eligibility Criteria
Fresh candidates who have not done Senior Residency earlier are eligible. Additionally, the eligibility of In-Service candidates is subject to NOC provision. ⚖️ Terms & Conditions
Engagement and Conduct
The college keeps the first month’s salary as a security deposit. Moreover, the college releases this deposit only after the successful completion of the tenure. Furthermore, candidates cannot leave the department before completing their sanctioned tenure. Additionally, selected candidates cannot undertake private practice or any other part-time or full-time job. Therefore, they must work on a full-time basis.
Other Important Conditions
Mere submission of documents does not guarantee final selection. Furthermore, the candidature remains provisional and subject to cancellation if found ineligible. A waiting list will remain in force for three months from the date of the selection list. Additionally, after selection, candidature is subject to CID verification. Finally, the posts and selections are subject to the outcome of a writ petition pending with any court of law.
