According to the notification, non-in-service candidates will be engaged under S.O. 364 of 2020 dated 27-11-2020 on an Academic Arrangement basis. In-service candidates must fulfill all prerequisites as per J&K Civil Service Rules 1979 and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department as per Circular No. 03-HME of 2019.

The initial engagement period is one year, which is extendable up to a maximum of three years, subject to satisfactory performance certified by the concerned Heads of Departments (HODs).
