Applications are invited from the eligible candidates who are domicile of UT of J&K for the engagement as Guest Faculty for Academic Session Nov-Dec, 2025 on need basis as mentioned below. The application along with documents should reach the office of undersigned by or before 08-08-2025 up to 03:00 PM.

Master’s degree in Physics with minimum 55% marks

Textile Designing
Bachelor’s Degree with 55% marks in appropriate
branch/discipline or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University
OR
branch/ discipline or equivalent from a recognized Institution/University
5. Guest Faculty
Office Management and Computer Applications
Three Years Diploma with minimum 65% marks in appropriate
Preference will be given to higher qualification
Bachelor’s Degree with 55% marks in appropriate branch/discipline or equivalent from a recognized Institution / University
OR
Bachelor Degree in Arts/science/Commerce/with first class diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognized Institution/University.
OR
Diploma Holders first class in appropriate branch/discipline from recognized Institution.
Preference shall be given to the candidates from Category-(I), In case no candidate from this category is available then preference shall be given to the candidates from category-(II), In case no candidates is available from this category also then candidates from category-III shall be taken.
Terms & Conditions
1. Selected candidates shall be paid @ Rs 750/- per hour to a maximum of Rs 20,000/- per Month.
2. The candidates shall submit all documents, relevant experience if any along with the application form. The candidates will be engaged as per the merit list prepared by the Institution. The Merit list shall be Prepared with following criteria
A. 80 points for basic qualification (pro-rata basis)
B. 05 points for Higher qualification
C. 05 points for GATE/NET/SET.
D. 05 points for teaching experience (Polytechnic Diploma level or Higher Level) pro-rata basis. (01
point for each academic year.)
E. 05 points for Interaction with the concerned candidates.
3. The engagement of the Guest Faculty is purely on need basis for current academic session Nov-Dec 2025 only and shall not be, in any case, be taken as claim for absorption in the Department.
4. The Selected Candidates shall submit an undertaking/affidavit duly authenticated by the First-Class Magistrate before joining indicating clearly that he/she shall not claim for continuation of his//her services and the agreement can be terminated at any point of time without any notice period.
