ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE

Applications are invited from the candidates who are domicile of UT of J&K for engagement as Guest Lecturer purely on need basis for Academic Session May-June 2025 as per the details below.

Master’s degree in Mathematics from the recognized University/Institute.

2. Computer Engg

B.Tech/B.E in Computer Engg. from the recognized University/Institute.

3. Civil Engg.

B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engg. from the recognized University/Institute.

4. Electrical Engg.

B.Tech/B.E in Electrical Engg. from the recognized University/Institute.

Electronics & Communication Engg

B.Tech/B.E in Electronics & Communication Engg. from the recognized . University/Institute.

The application on plain paper mentioning the post applied for along with self attested copies of rel-evant qualification, experience and eligibility documents should reach the office of undersigned by or before 27-02-2025 up to 4:00 PM. Applications received after the due date shall not be entertained/con-sidered. All the applicant candidates shall have to attend the office of the Principal Govt Polytechnic Ramban at Chanderkote on 3rd March at 11:00 AM for interaction.

Terms & Conditions

1. The engagement shall be purely on need basis for session May-June 2025 only.

2. The selected candidates shall be paid @ Rs 750/- per hour, subject to the maximum of Rs 20,000/-per month as per guest lecturer norms.

3. The candidates shall be engaged as per the merit list prepared by selection committee and further approval by the Director Skill Development Deptt. J&K. The criteriafor preparation of Merit list shall be as under

A. 80 points for basic eligibility qualification (pro-rata basis)

B. 05 points for Higher qualification

C. 05 points for GATE/NET/SET shall be given for valid score only.

D. 05 points for teaching experience (Polytechnic Diploma level or Higher Level) pro-rata basis.(01) point for each academic year.)

E. 05 points for Interaction with the concerned candidates.

4. The Selected Candidates shall submit an undertaking/affidavit duly authenticated by the First Class Magistrate before joining indicating clearly that he/she shall not claim for continuation/regularisation of his/her services after the completion of May-June 2025 session and shall follow rules and regu-lations of the institute.
