WALK-IN INTERVIEW
A walk-in interview is scheduled to be held on 03.06.2025 (from 10:00 AM onwards)
at ICAR-NRC on Mithun, Medziphema, and Nagaland for engaging following positions purely on contractual basis for one year and further extendable for two more years.
1. Name of the position: Young Professional-II Under AR & G Section
Consolidated pay (monthly): Rs. 42,000/-
Essential qualification: Graduate degree (B.V.Sc) holders in Veterinary Sciences or Postgraduate (M.Sc) in Life Sciences/Animal Physiology/Repro duction/Livestock Pro-duction Management/Biotechnology/Zoology
Desirable: Experience in handling large animals and farm management; M.V.Sc in Veterinary/Animal Sciences or PhD in Agricultural/Life ciences(Biotechnology/Zool-ogy);
Experience in the use of gynecological or surgical equipment;
Experience in handling scientific equipment and carrying out scientific procedures in the laboratory.
Age: 21-45 yrs (relaxation as per rule)
2. Name of the position: Young Professional-Il under FMD Network Project
Consolidated pay (monthly): Rs. 42,000/-
Essential qualification: BVSc or Master’s degree in Zoology/Biotechnology/Microbi-ology or equivalent.
Desirable: Candidates having practical experiences in handling large animals, blood collection and knowledge in microbiology, bacteriology techniques, serological tests, and who can travel shall be preferred.
Age: 21-45 yrs (relaxation as per rule)
