ICFRE-Tropical Forest Research Institute, Jabalpur (M.P.) is inviting online application from the interested eligible candidates for the posts of Technical Assistant 10 posts, Forest Guard-03 posts and Driver-01 post on direct recruitment basis. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/Divyangjan/Ex-servicemen candidates is as per Govt. of India orders
issued from time to time. No age relaxation is allowed to SC/ST/OBC(NCL) candidates applying against the unreserved posts. All Candidates are required to pay non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 700/- (Rs. Seven hundred only)
+ GST and exam fees (Payable category wise) through online mode only. Women/SC/ST/Divyangjan and Ex-servicemen are exempted from the exam fee. No other mode of payment of application fee is acceptable except online payment.
Separate application should be submitted along with prescribed application fee and processing fee for each post, if a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post.
Candidates declared successful for these posts will be recommended for appointment in their respective level as per 7th CPC plus allowances as admissible under the rules/orders of ICFRE.

Essential: –
(i) Matriculation from recognized board.
(ii) Possession of a valid driving license for motor cars.
(iii) Experience of driving a motor car for three years or
more.
Desirable: Knowledge of motor mechanism (the
candidate should be able to remove minor defects in
vehicles).
*In the absence of Degree/Diploma certificate, provisional certificate along with mark sheets pertaining to all
the academic years will be accepted.
Amongst the advertised categories of posts:
Abbreviation: SC – Scheduled Castes, ST – Scheduled Tribes, OBC-NCL – Other Backward Classes (Non
creamy layer), UR – Unreserved, Divyang/PwBD – Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, VI – Visually
Impaired, HI-Hearing Impaired.
In case the qualifying degree/certificate (Higher Secondary or 10+2) carries a Grade Point Average
(GPA) system, instead of Percentage system, the duly certified conversion system prescribed by the
educational institution must be submitted.
PwBD with minimum 40% disability shall only be eligible to apply for competing against the
vacancies reserved for them or availing any relaxation/concession.
2. Procedure for applying:-
Candidates are required to read all GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS before filling up the online application
form. The Candidates are required to apply online. The relevant link for online application will be made
available from 00:00:01 AM on 14/07/2025 at the MPOnline website i.e. https://www.mponline.gov.in
/ https://iforms.mponline.gov.in Final date for Online submission of application will be 10/08/2025 till
23:59:59 PM. No other means/mode of application shall be accepted.
3. Application fee:
Processing Fees + GST is applicable to all candidates and only male candidate of General/OBC
Category require to pay additional exam fees also as applicable and shown below.

* A candidate appearing for more than exams has to pay separate processing and exam fees for each
category of post applied for.
* MPOnline will be free to charge for other services such as application form editing, objection calling to
question paper, etc. and will be borne by the candidates separately, wishing to make such changes. No
exemption in fee shall be given for any category of candidates for such services.
*Under no circumstances, shall the exam fee and processing fee once paid will be
refunded.
4. Age limit: –
The candidate must have attained the minimum age but not more than the maximum age limit as given
below on the opening date for application i.e. 01/07/2025.
5. Centre for written examination:-
Candidates are advised to check MP Online portal as well as Institute’s website time to time for the date
of examination, name of examination centre etc. The candidates will have to make their own
arrangements for travel and stay for the examination. The Director, ICFRE-TFRI, Jabalpur shall have
the authority to cancel/change any examination centre without assigning any reason thereof.
